Werewolf: Auld Lang Syne
Nolan's Swanky Apartment with an Overlook on Central Park
One-of-a-kind layout, mint condition pre-war high floor corner home in one of CPW’s established coop buildings with unobstructed views of Central Park from East and all South facing double pane windows. Located on the fifteenth floor, this extremely spacious apartment features a dropped living room, gracious entrance foyer, formal dining room, large-eat-in-kitchen with washer/dryer, double sized staff room with bath which has been converted into a home office/convertible 3rd bedroom, cozy library and 2 master bedrooms with windowed baths ensuite.
Nolan purchased this apartment pre-furnished. She knows she doesn’t have very good taste, and also she didn’t want to spend the time decorating it. She has better things to do. She finds it a little pale and insipid, but at the same time oddly relaxing, so she leaves it as it is. She has a lady who comes in every Monday for a few hours to clean the apartment and restock the pantry, and Nolan leaves a very generous tip for her each time.
